resep pancake

yuk bikin pancake... gampang kok... :D

Bahan/Resep Pancake:

• 100 gr tepung terigu
• 250 ml susu cair
• 1 butir telur, pisahkan putih dan kuningnya
• sedikit garam
• margarin untuk olesan

Topping Pancake:

• Es Krim
• Sirup Maple

Cara membuat pancake:

1. Campur rata dan aduk tepung terigu, garam, kuning telur dan susu dengan ballon whisk sampai rata atau bisa menggunakan mixer dengan kecepatan yang paling rendah (kalau tidak punya ballon whisk dan mixer, bisa juga menggunakan spatula kayu)
2. Kocok putih telur sampai kaku. Bisa menggunakan garpu maupun ballon whisk.
3. Kemudian masukkan adonan tepung ke dalam adonan putih telur, aduk rata. Nah dalam mencampur adonan tepung dengan putih telur, bisa juga menggunakan tehnik pancing. Dengan cara mengambil sedikit putih telur dan campurkan ke dalam terigu, aduk rata. tambah sedikit demi sedikit. Kemudian baru masukkan adonan terigu ke dalam putih telur. Langkah ini untuk menghindari putih telur yang bergerindil.
4. Panaskan teflon diameter paling kecil, oles dengan margarin, kecilkan api. Bisa juga menggunakan teflon ukuran standar.
5. Tuang adonan sekitar 2,5 sendok sayur, tutup sebentar
6. Balik jika adonan sudah ada sedikit berpori dan sedikit mengeras pinggirnya

resep rainbow cake

pengen cioba juga buat rainbow cake drumah..katanya sih gampang (nanya k tukang kue) #yaeyalahhh~

mau nyatet resep dari dia males nulisnya.... googling aja :D

• 100 gram tepung terigu

• 75 gram gula pasir

• 10 gram susu bubuk/355 gram susu UHT

• 100 gram mentega, dilelehkan

• 5 putih telur

• 3 kuning telur

• 1/4 sdt garam

• 1 sdt emulsifier/TBM

• Pewarna makanan merah, jingga, kuning, hijau, biru dan ungu secukupnya

• Topping/Olesan Kue

• Butter cream warna putih atau whip cream (cheese cream juga boleh)

• Meises warna warni, permen cokelat warna-warni, atau butiran hundreds and thousand untuk taburan, sesuai selera Anda.

Cara Membuat Rainbow cake:

• Kocok telur, gula pasir, garam dan emulsifier sampai mengembang, matikan mixer.

• Masukkan sedikit demi sedikit tepung terigu dan susu bubuk yang telah diayak, aduk rata.

• Tambahkan mentega cair sedikit demi sedikit, aduk rata.

• Bagi adonan menjadi enam bagian dalam wadah terpisah, masih-masing beri pewarna makanan yang berbeda.

• Tuang satu adonan dalam loyang bundar dengan diameter 22 cm. Olesi loyang dengan mentega tipis.

• Panggang selama 25 menit dengan suhu 180 derajat celsius atau sampai matang.

• Lakukan hal yang sama pada adonan lain hingga enam cake matang.

• Susun cake dengan warna ungu pada bagian bawah, oles dengan butter cream atau whip cream, lalu tumpuk dengan cake warna biru. Lakukan hal yang sama dengan urutan ungu, biru, hijau, kuning, jingga dan merah.

• Tutup semua bagian luar kue dengan dengan butter cream atau whip cream.

• Taburi dengan meises warna warni, permen cokelat warna-warni atau butiran hundreds and thousand untuk taburan, sesuai selera Anda.
• Rainbow cake siap dihidangkan, akan terlihat cantik saat Anda memotongnya

assalamu'alaikum...^^ udah lama ga posting d blog

hari ini cuma ingin cerita aja...^^

well....setelah terlalu lama berfikir beberapa bulan belakangan aku masih bingung apa yang salah dari diri ini?

kenapa setiap yang aku lakukan pasti tak ada yang benar.. itu masih menurut pendapatku.. tapi aku ga tau apa pendapat kalian tentang aku..aku merasa lebih bnyak negatif daripada positifnya....

kalau pun diantara teman" aku yang sekarang ga suka sama aku,aku ikhlas aja... itu hak kalian untuk ga suka aku.. akupun susah untuk mengubah mindset kalian yang udah terlanjur ga suka aku... akupun bingung harus ngadu sama siapa lagi sekarang disaat aku benar" butuh teman untuk cerita...

sekarang rasanya kaya ditusuk dari belakang,, jadi selama ini teman" aku pakai kedok d depan aku.. padahal mereka ga suka sama aku... ^^

Jamie Ashen (Ryan Kwanten) and his wife Lisa (Laura Regan) receive a mysterious ventriloquist doll in the mail, "Billy", in an unmarked package. Jamie and Lisa wonder who would have sent the doll. Lisa then remembers a poem she knew when she was younger, about a woman named Mary Shaw. Jamie disregards this and leaves to get dinner; he returns to discover Lisa is dead with her tongue ripped out, and Billy lying on the floor near her body. Detective Jim Lipton (Donnie Wahlberg) suspects Jamie of the murder, but there is no evidence against him. Jamie discovers that Billy belonged to Mary Shaw (Judith Roberts), a ventriloquist from his hometown of Ravens Fair.

Returning to the town for Lisa's funeral, he first confronts his estranged father about Mary Shaw. Jamie's father is wheelchair-bound with a new wife, Ella (Amber Valletta), who takes care of him. His father and Ella remind him of the children's poem, regarding Shaw and her penchant for cutting out her victims' tongues. Jamie leaves his father's home, warning Ella that his father is a monster. After Lisa's funeral, Jamie wanders into an old cemetery, where he finds Shaw's grave and those of her puppets. Marion (Joan Heney), the mortician's senile wife, warns him of the danger of Shaw's puppets, and he realizes he should rebury Billy. He does so, only to find the puppet in his room later, accompanied by Lipton — who dug the puppet back up in the belief that it is evidence that Jamie is trying to conceal —, still not convinced of Jamie's innocence. Jamie tells him about the poem, but Lipton is skeptical. The next morning, Jamie steals Billy from the detective, and brings him to the mortician, Henry, who finally tells him about Mary Shaw.

cerita

Nadja adalah seorang yatim piatu yang tinggal di Panti Asuhan Applefield, di awal abad 20 dari Inggris. Nadja disebut oleh Miss Appleton, pemilik panti asuhan, untukmenerima paket disampaikan padanya. Hadiah-hadiah dikirim untuk ulang ketiga belasdia adalah pakaian dan buku harian. Dia mengatakan dalam surat yang menyertainyabahwa ibunya masih hidup. Dia kemudian bergabung dengan aksi jalanan kinerjabepergian disebut Troupe Dandelion mencari ibunya setelah terjadi kebakaran di panti asuhan itu. Dia menemukan banyak teman di sepanjang jalan yang mengajarkan hal-haltentang dirinya sendiri.
